International Yoga Day is celebrated globally every 21 June, serves as a meaningful reminder of the importance of maintaining balance between body, mind, spirit, and wellbeing in everyday life. Inspired by this meaningful occasion, our resort is delighted to celebrate the spirit of wellness earlier on Saturday, 20 June 2026 through specially curated experiences overlooking the serene coastal beauty of Bali. Surrounded by calming ocean breeze and tropical tranquillity, we invite guests to pause and explore the morning dedicated to pure relaxation, renewal and self-discovery.

This year, we proudly present “Journey to Wellness”. Carrying this theme, the gathering has been meticulously arranged to offer a meaningful escape focused on relaxation, mindfulness, and inner balance. The morning begins with a peaceful sunrise yoga session conducted by Bapak Putu Dwijendra from Udana Yoga Academy, allowing a peaceful opportunity to start the day in harmony with gentle movements and mindful breathing surrounded by nature. The engaging wellness talk show continues, led collaboratively by these expert practitioners. To conclude the series, Bapak Komang Abdi from thebalinesehealer will guide us through a soothing sound healing accompanied by the harmonious resonance of traditional singing bowls, providing a moment full of peace and relaxation.
Set against the serenity of the morning, the yoga practice combines Surya Namaskar and Udana Namaskar sequences, synchronized with mindful breath work to create a harmonious flow of movement and energy. Through a carefully designed series of postures, participants are immersed to awaken and balance the flow of Prana through the body’s primary energy channels, Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna, leaving them feeling refreshed, revitalized, and deeply centered. The session concludes with Kapalabhati Pranayama, an energizing breathing technique known to stimulate vitality and natural radiance, followed by a restorative Savasana accompanied by Udana Yoga Nidra, leading attendees into a profound state of relaxation and inner awareness.

The journey continues with a deeply restorative Sound Healing Experience, where therapeutic frequencies, soothing vibrations, and guided meditation come together to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional balance. Featuring Tibetan singing bowls and other healing sound instruments, this engaging session provides a moment to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. Benefits of the sound healing experience may include deep relaxation and nervous system support, reduced stress and mental fatigue, improved rest and sleep quality, enhanced grounding and mindfulness, and an accessible meditation experience suitable for all levels, even for first-timers or beginners.
