Tangelo and Double Ikat unite to craft a special four-hands dining experience, thoughtfully curated with passion, precision, and a shared appreciation for Indonesia’s rich gastronomic heritage. Nestled in the lush heart of Ubud, Tangelo Bali offers an open-air, casual fine dining experience that celebrates global flavors through a lens of thoughtful simplicity and refined elegance. 

Double Ikat, led by Chef Wisnu Adiyatma, is deeply inspired by his harmonious approach to blending modern and classic culinary techniques. Rooted in Indonesian heritage, his cuisine presents a chef-driven dining experience where indigenous flavors, refined presentation, and heartfelt hospitality converge. Taking place over two exclusive evenings on 21 and 22 July 2026, this intimate experience invites guests to indulge in a meticulously curated menu highlighting premium ingredients, contemporary techniques, and artistic presentation. Priced at IDR 1,200,000++ per person, the dining experience will be hosted exclusively at Tangelo Bali, offering a refined setting that complements the elegance of this collaboration.
