In celebration of International Self-Care Day, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali presents “Scents of Self-Care”, a serene and immersive wellness experience in collaboration with Utama Spice, a leading Bali-based brand known for its natural aromatherapy and beauty products inspired by traditional Balinese remedies.

This one day activation will take place on Friday, 25 July 2025, from 3 PM to 5 PM at the Yoga Pavilion of The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali. Surrounded by Ubud’s lush jungle views and calming spiritual energy, the experience invites guests to pause, breathe, and reconnect through a thoughfully curated program designed to nourish the body, mind, and soul.

The event unfolds through a series of mindful rituals. Guests will begin with a DIY aromatherapy candle-making session, handcrating their own candles using Utama Spice’s pure essential oils and natural botanicals. This is followed by a guided meditation led by a certified wellness instructor, offering a moment of calm and inner balance. The afternoon culminates in a restorative aromatherapy massage demo, where guests can enjoy a short shoulder, foot, or hand massage - each designed to ease tension and awaken the senses.

The use of Utama Spice products throughout the experience adds authenticity and depth. Handcarfted in Bali, their essential oils and herbal blends are free from synthetic chemicals and rich in therapeutic benefits - supporting emotional well-being, enchanting relaxation, and promoting balance through the healing power of nature.
