Mozaic Restaurant Ubud takes part in Momentum, a global gastronomic event initiated by Les Grandes Tables du Monde, held simultaneously across multiple countries on April 13, with selected venues hosting on April 14 and 15.
Founded by Chef Chris Salans and now led by Chef Blake Thornley, Mozaic joins this international initiative alongside three Michelin-star restaurants participating in the Momentum event, including Flocons de Sel, Paul Bocuse, and Zilte, together with other members of Les Grandes Tables du Monde.
Conceived as a collective gesture rather than a guest chef series, Momentum brings chefs into direct dialogue through four-hands collaborations determined by chance. For one evening, each participating restaurant presents a unique menu shaped by exchange, interpretation, and shared service, never to be repeated.

Founded in Ubud, Mozaic has long been recognised as a pioneer of fine dining in Indonesia. Under the leadership of Chef Blake Thornley, the restaurant continues to evolve while remaining faithful to the foundation established by Chef Chris Salans.
