Negroni Week returns as a celebration of flavour and craftsmanship. Karma Kandara is excited to celebrate Negroni Week from 22 to 28 September 2025 at di Mare Restaurant. Set on the cliffs of Ungasan, di Mare offers the perfect spot to enjoy this classic cocktail while taking in the Indian Ocean views.

Throughout the week, guests can enjoy a selection of Negroni variations at IDR 150,000++ per glass. As the sun sets and the sky turns vibrant orange, it’s an ideal moment to relax with a crafted drink in hand.

The menu features four distinctive options, each with Campari as the base:

-Classic Negroni – Campari, London Dry Gin, Sweet Vermouth

-Fragaria Rosa – Campari, Strawberry-Infused Gin, Citrus, Sparkling Rosé

-Secret Jasmine – Limon Gin, Campari, Peach Schnapps, Citrus, Pink Grapefruit Sage Tonic

-Boulevardier – Campari, Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth
