The session will discuss changes to Indonesia’s visa classifications under Minister of Immigration and Corrections Decree No. M.IP-08.GR.01.01 of 2025, which reduces visa categories from 133 indexes to 110.

Foreign skilled workers with corporate sponsors (E23)
Foreign skilled workers with non-corporate sponsors (E23U and E23V)
Foreign investors representing parent companies at Indonesian branches (E28G)
The discussion will be led by Bapak Jaya Saputra, Director of Residence Permits and Immigration Status, as a socialization session on new visa policies. The focus is to give AmCham member companies a clear understanding of the changes and their practical impact.
