Pullman Bali Legian Beach continued its commitment to purposeful hospitality through the annual Pullman Green Heart initiative, a meaningful community program created to bring together generosity, environmental awareness, and shared experiences with local children.

Held on 3 July 2026, this year’s Pullman Green Heart welcomed children from Annika Linden Orphanage, Eben Haezer Orphanage, and Sakinah Orphanage for a day shaped by connection, discovery, and thoughtful giving. What began as a donation initiative has now grown into an annual moment of exchange between the resort’s employee (Heartists), local communities, and the next generation.
“Pullman Green Heart reflects the kind of hospitality we believe in, one that creates space for people to connect, learn, and contribute in meaningful ways,” said Ravi Khubchandani, General Manager of Pullman Bali Legian Beach. “By welcoming the children into our resort environment, we are not only sharing pre-loved items, but also creating experiences that encourage curiosity, joy, and care for the world around us.”

This year’s programme continued the spirit of giving through the distribution of pre-loved items donated by the resort’s Heartists and media partners, including clothing, toys, books, shoes, accessories, and daily essentials in good condition. Through this initiative, items were given a second life while supporting communities that can benefit from them most.
Beyond the act of donation, the children were invited to explore a series of engaging experiences across the resort. The journey included a visit to Gaia Harmony Park, resort’s flora and fauna conservation, including gentle animal encounters, sustainability initiatives, and nature-led learning; designed for relaxed discovery, family-friendly moments, and hands-on learning.
The experience also brought the children to the resort’s newly introduced Kids Playhouse, a vibrant space in Gaia Harmony Park designed for imagination, movement, and playful connection. Together, these moments transformed the day into more than a charitable gathering, creating an uplifting exchange between learning, play, and care.

The children also took part in a hands-on napkin folding activity guided by the resort’s Heartists, giving them the opportunity to learn a simple creative skill while experiencing a playful side of hospitality. This interactive session added a joyful and memorable touch to the day, encouraging creativity, participation, and connection between the children and the resort team.
As part of Pullman Bali Legian Beach’s ongoing sustainability journey and Green Globe commitment, Pullman Green Heart supports environmental and socio-cultural responsibility by encouraging the reuse of pre-loved items, reducing unnecessary waste, and introducing younger generations to biodiversity, conservation, and sustainable living, while also strengthening community relationships through corporate social responsibility actions, meaningful engagement, and support for local foundations.
Through this annual initiative the resort continues to connect hospitality with purpose, transforming everyday acts of giving into moments that are generous, vibrant, and future-facing. For Pullman Bali Legian Beach, sustainability is not only reflected in certifications or operational practices. It is brought to life through the people who take part in it, from Heartists who donate and volunteer, to partners and communities who help shape each initiative, to children who leave with new experiences and shared memories.
Pullman Green Heart stands as a reminder that one small act of kindness can open the door to something larger: a more conscious way of living, a more connected community, and a brighter future for the next generation.
