Pullman Bali Legian Beach offers wellness retreats with yoga, creative workshops, holistic beachfront experiences and many more.

Pullman Bali Legian Beach invited ALL – Accor members to experience wellness in two distinct ways, each thoughtfully designed to reconnect body, mind, and environment through a curated journey by the beach. Hosted by Pullman Bali Legian Beach, the experience reflected the brand’s commitment to meaningful lifestyle moments rooted in wellness, culture, and connection.

“At Pullman Bali Legian Beach, wellness is about creating space for guests to reconnect with themselves while staying engaged with their surroundings,” said Ravi Khubchandani, General Manager of Pullman Bali Legian Beach. “Through this initiative, we offered two different ways to experience the same philosophy, whether through a full retreat or a focused day of renewal.”

Rooted in the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, both experiences brought together movement, relaxation, creativity, and nourishment in a way that felt both grounding and energising. Guests began their journey with a guided yoga session enhanced by soothing sound healing, creating a calm and focused start to the day. The experience then continued within Gaia Harmony Park, where guests were invited to slow down and reconnect with nature through tranquil surroundings and gentle animal-feeding moments. These interactions offered a meaningful pause, allowing guests to engage with the natural environment in a simple yet memorable way.

Moments of creativity were woven throughout the journey through collaborations with two distinctive local creatives. Guests explored jewellery painting with Komang Tri, founder of Komang Tri Jewelry, a Bali-based designer known for blending Balinese cultural heritage with modern and sustainable design. In addition to his signature “jewelry painting” technique, Komang Tri is recognised for designing prestigious pageant crowns, including works for Miss Universe Indonesia, Miss Universe Canada 2010, Putri Indonesia Bali, and the “Crown of Goddess Laksmi” for Putera Puteri Ekowisata 2025. His work brought a refined artistic dimension to the experience.

The journey was further enriched through painting traditional Kain Prada art with fashion designer Inggi Kendran, recognised for his artistic approach to couture, costume, and evening gown design. As an international pageant designer, he is known for creating evening gowns for contestants on the global stage, including at Miss Universe, often incorporating Indonesian heritage into his work. He is also recognised for designing national costumes for Miss Eco Indonesia 2024 and other notable pageant contestants in 2025, adding a meaningful cultural and creative layer to the wellness programme.

Guests then continued the experience with a hands-on granola-making session paired with a curated healthy drink, creating a thoughtful balance between creativity, nourishment, and mindful living. At the centre of both experiences was Tjakra 7 Spa & Salon, where wellness took on a deeper dimension. Guests enjoyed a signature treatment combining traditional Balinese techniques with modern therapies, followed by the Quadfecta wellness circuit. This sequence of hydropool, sauna, steam, and cold bath was designed to stimulate circulation, support detoxification, and restore overall balance, leaving the body refreshed and the mind clear.

The journey was completed with a curated wellness lunch, prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients that nourished and energised, rounding out the experience in a way that felt both satisfying and revitalising. To suit different wellness preferences, the experience was offered in two options: an immersive 2 nights retreat that combined a beachfront stay with a full wellness journey, and a one-day programme that offered the essence of the experience in a more focused and accessible format. Set against the vibrant yet calming backdrop of Bali’s beachfront, both experiences invited guests to reconnect with themselves and their surroundings through a thoughtful balance of relaxation, creativity, and mindful living.
