Adriana Cocina & Bar turned one on Friday, August 29, 2025, and of course What's New Bali couldn’t miss the bash. Perched at Samasta Lifestyle Village as part of Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali, the hotspot celebrated its first anniversary in true Adriana fashion — under the open sky, with plenty of music, endless dancing, and free-flow drinks that kept spirits high all night long.

From the get-go, trays of bite-sized canapés teased our taste buds while the crowd buzzed with excitement for what was set to be an unforgettable night. The energy never dipped thanks to live performances that lit up the stage, and before we knew it, the dancefloor was packed. But the real highlight? Indonesia’s very own iconic DJ, Dipha Barus, took over the decks. His blend of Indonesian classics, global crowd-pleasers, and his signature tracks had everyone moving with pure joy. Smiles, laughter, and unstoppable grooves filled the air — it was impossible to stand still.
As the night reached its pinnacle, the Adriana team gathered for a heartfelt moment: speeches, candle-blowing, and a toast to 365 days of flavor, music, and community. Just as the cake disappeared, the beats kicked right back in and the crowd proved they weren’t ready to call it a night. Midnight came and went with bodies still swaying and feet refusing to quit.
We left Adriana Cocina & Bar’s anniversary feeling like we’d been part of something special. A night of colors, music, and magic; noches de colores indeed. Congratulations to the Adriana team on an amazing first year; we can’t wait to see what year two brings!
