Large windows allow natural light to pour into the restaurant during the day, while the open kitchen becomes a focal point of the space. At the heart of the restaurant is a menu inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine, reimagined through a modern approach. Each dish highlights classic Japanese techniques with creative touches. One of the standout dishes is the Robatayaki Beef, featuring wagyu strip loin paired with charred vegetables, ichimi, garlic chips, spring onion, and yakiniku sauce. The dish offers a balance of smoky flavors and rich textures that makes it memorable. Other menu highlights include Grilled Chicken Oyster Skewers, Aburi Salmon Roll, Meatball Pistachio, Salmon Carpaccio, Sashimi Set, and the comforting Norii Toro Ramen Dry.
Beyond the food, Norii Ubud also pays close attention to its beverage selection. Signature cocktails are inspired by Japanese ingredients and flavors, incorporating elements such as yuzu, matcha, sake, and delicate botanicals. For non-alcoholic options, the mocktails are also available.
