ARYADUTA Bali is pleased to announce the appointment of Maurizio Moncalvo as its new General Manager, bringing more than three decades of experience in the hospitality industry across Indonesia and international markets.

Throughout his distinguished career, Maurizio has gained extensive experience in the hospitality sector, working across diverse markets including Indonesia, Thailand, Shanghai, the Middle East, Italy, and London. His international background has equipped him with a broad understanding of hotel operations, service excellence, and the evolving expectations of today’s travelers.

With a strong background in hotel operations and Food & Beverage, Maurizio will focus on enhancing ARYADUTA Bali’s overall performance across key operational areas, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquet, Guest Services, and hotel operations. His appointment reflects the hotel’s continued commitment to operational excellence, service quality, and delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Maurizio holds a degree in Hospitality from Scuola Alberghiera di Agliano Terme, Italy, and has completed professional certifications in Wine and Spirit Education, further strengthening his expertise in hospitality management and Food & Beverage.
