Marriott Business Council Bali officially launched Road To Give 2026 today during a press conference held at Fairfield by Marriott Bali South Kuta, marking the start of its flagship annual charity initiative that continues to unite communities through wellness, purpose, and giving back. Organized by Marriott International associates under the Marriott Business Council Bali, this year’s event marks the 12th edition of Road To Give and will take place on Saturday, 17 October 2026 at Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park.
Building on the success of previous years, Road To Give 2026 aims to welcome 4,000 participants comprising Marriott associates, guests, business partners, running communities, and members of the public. While participation remains an important milestone, this year’s focus is on delivering a high-quality race experience, enhanced race course management, and meaningful community engagement that reflects the spirit and purpose behind the event.

As part of Marriott International’s global Serve 360: Doing Good in Every Direction platform and the company’s “Be” People philosophy, Road To Give encourages associates and communities to be their best selves while making a positive difference in the lives of others.
“Road To Give has always been powered by the passion and dedication of Marriott associates who believe in making a difference beyond the workplace. As we celebrate the 12th edition of the event, our focus is on creating a meaningful experience for every participant while strengthening the positive impact we can deliver to the communities we support. Every registration, partnership, and contribution helps turn a simple act of movement into something much bigger,” said Franklyn Kocek, Chairman of Road To Give 2026 – Bali and Multi Property General Manager Fairfield by Marriott Bali South Kuta and Four Points By Sheraton Bali Seminyak.
This year’s event will once again support Bali Children Foundation and Solar Chapter, two organizations dedicated to improving access to education, clean water, and sustainable energy solutions in underserved communities. Funds raised through registrations, sponsorships, and donations will contribute directly to programs that help create brighter futures for communities in need.

“Behind every participant and every kilometer completed is an opportunity to change a life. The support generated through Road To Give enables us to continue expanding access to education for children who may otherwise be left behind. We are grateful to Marriott International, its associates, partners, and participants for their ongoing commitment to investing in the future of young people and communities across Indonesia,” said Margaret Barry, Founder of Bali Children Foundation.
For the second consecutive year, Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park has been selected as the host venue for the Bali event. Set at an elevation of approximately 137 meters above sea level, GWK offers participants a unique race experience with scenic views and an iconic cultural backdrop. More than just a venue, GWK represents the values of unity, resilience, and cultural pride-making it a fitting location for an event that brings people together for a common purpose.
“At GWK, we believe that meaningful events can create a lasting impact on people and communities. As part of Alam Sutera, this belief is closely aligned with our vision to enhance the quality of human life. We are proud to once again be part of Road to Give and welcome participants to an event that brings together wellness, culture, and social purpose. Set against the iconic backdrop of the 121 meter tall Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue, we hope GWK inspires participants to move with purpose while celebrating the spirit of togetherness,” said Ch. Rossie Andriani, Operational Director of GWK Cultural Park.

Road To Give 2026 will feature two categories:
• 5K Race Run for participants seeking a more competitive running experience.
• 2K Fun Run designed for families, children, and casual participants looking to enjoy an active morning together.
Registration is now open to the public with an entry fee of IDR 275,000 for the 5K Race Run and IDR 200,000 for the 2K Fun Run. All registered participants will receive an exclusive Road To Give 2026 event jersey, while 5K finishers will also be awarded a finisher medal in recognition of their achievement. Registration will remain open until 10 October 2026 or until all available slots have been filled.
In the lead-up to race day, Marriott Business Council Bali will also organize a series of community engagement initiatives, including shake out-run activities and awareness campaigns designed to encourage healthy lifestyles while promoting the charitable mission behind the event.

“One of the greatest strengths of Road To Give is its ability to bring people together. More than 30 Marriott Bonvoy properties across Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo are working collectively toward a common goal, demonstrating the power of collaboration across our industry. Through this event, we hope to inspire not only participation, but also a stronger sense of community and shared responsibility,” said I Wayan Raksa, Co-Chair of Marriott Business Council Bali and General Manager Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa.
Supported by more than 30 Marriott Bonvoy properties across Bali, Lombok, and Labuan Bajo, Road To Give continues to demonstrate the power of collaboration among hospitality professionals, local communities, corporate partners, and charitable organizations.
