The Best Behind The Bar

This year’s edition brings together 25 of Bali’s most creative bars and bartenders, each arriving with their own signature style and mixology techniques ready to impress. Every participating venue sends one bartender to the floor, with a single mission to craft the night’s best-selling cocktail.

The series is structured across five volumes, with five bartenders competing in each round. Whoever tops the sales chart in their volume earns a spot in the Grand Final, making every pour count from the very first event.

The Kickoff at Tropical Temptation

The Big Shake-Up 2026 opens its first volume at Tropical Temptation in March 2026, featuring an exciting lineup of bartenders from Alila Uluwatu, Sundays, Klive Beach Club, Yuki Uluwatu, and Tacos Aqui Uluwatu. Each participant will take over the bar and present their own signature cocktail, setting the tone for what promises to be a standout opening round.
