Grilled sous vide whole baby chicken in spicy traditional sambal from Lombok. Served with steamed rice, dabu-dabu, and blanched water spinach dressed with spicy sambal.

Lidah Lokal interpretation of oxtail soup. Served with steamed rice, crackers, and sambal.
-BEBEK BETUTU
Slow-cooked duck leg with a rich and complex blend of traditional Balinese spices. Served with steamed rice, urap Bali, peanuts, and sambal embe.
