Taking place once a month, every end of the month, Prego’s Sunday Brunch is officially all set and ready to go — offering guests a consistent yet ever- evolving reason to gather, indulge, and celebrate Italian-inspired living throughout the year.
Each brunch edition is built around a distinct monthly theme inspired by color, season, and emotion — from the fresh purity of Bianco Brunch in January to the festive elegance of Argento Natale in December. These themes are led by Chef Michele Antonucci, a native Italian chef, whose approach focuses on carefully selected hero ingredients, signature dishes, bespoke cocktails, and immersive ambience, transforming the traditional brunch into a monthly celebration with its own story.
