As part of the resort’s ongoing commitment to elevating its culinary offerings, the restaurant now welcomes guests for a refined midday escape into Mediterranean gastronomy.
Set against a serene backdrop of lush tropical gardens, Bella Cucina’s elegant interiors provide the perfect ambiance for a leisurely lunch. Guests are invited to curate their own three-course menu, selecting one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert, from a thoughtfully crafted selection inspired by the sun-kissed flavors of the Mediterranean.
Expertly curated by Chef Boris Linton, celebrated for his inventive approach to Mediterranean cuisine, and his talented culinary team, the menu harmoniously blends authenticity with contemporary flair. Signature highlights include the Rocket and Pear Salad, Chicken Ballotine, and the timeless Classic Tiramisu, each dish designed to transform a midday meal into a memorable dining experience.
