Chinese New Year Dinner: Welcoming the Year of the Horse
On Tuesday, 17 February 2026, Byrd House Bali celebrates the arrival of the Year of the Horse with a festive Chinese New Year Dinner designed for sharing and togetherness. Taking place from 7.00 p.m. to 9.30 p.m., the evening brings families together over a generous set menu that honours tradition while embracing Byrd House’s coastal flair.
Guests can look forward to a tantalising spread including fresh oysters, crispy tiger prawn rice noodles, steamed money bag dumplings, char siu, roasted chicken, steamed whole
snapper, and crispy pork belly with hoisin, alongside a vibrant prosperity toss salad symbolising abundance and good fortune. The celebration is elevated with live music and a special lion dance performance, filling the beachfront venue with joy, colour, and festive spirit. The dinner is priced at IDR 680,000++ per person, with a minimum of two guests.
Lovebyrds Valentine’s Dinner: A Romantic Seaside Affair
Romance takes centre stage on Saturday, 14 February 2026, with Lovebyrds Valentine’s Dinner, an intimate dining experience set against the sound of waves and soft evening light. From 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m., couples are invited to indulge in a thoughtfully curated sharing menu that celebrates love through flavour and finesse.
The evening begins with refined starters such as Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio, Confit Slipper Lobster Saffron Tagliolini, and creamy Stracciatella cheese. Main courses follow with delicately Poached Halibut and Grilled Beef Picanha, before concluding on a sweet note with Raspberry Mousse accented by lemon balm and dark chocolate. A DJ sets the mood with a romantic soundtrack, creating an atmosphere that is intimate, relaxed, and effortlessly memorable. The Valentine’s dinner is priced at IDR 1,400,000++ per couple.
Cocktail Beach Fest: Sunset, Sound, and Signature Sips
Rounding off the month, Byrd House Bali brings its signature energy to the shore with Cocktail Beach Fest on Saturday, 28 February 2026. Held at the Byrd House Beach Deck from 4.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m., this vibrant beachside festival invites guests to celebrate summer evenings with music, cocktails, and ocean breezes.
With an entry fee of IDR 300,000 per person, guests are welcomed with a Love Potion cocktail, followed by three hours of free-flow signature cocktails and canapés from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. As the sun dips below the horizon and the sky turns amber, the Beach Deck transforms into a lively social playground, perfect for unwinding, dancing, and celebrating the end of February in true Byrd House style.
