Guests are invited to welcome the Lunar New Year on 16–17 February 2026 with a festive evening of flavor, tradition, and family-friendly entertainment. The celebration highlights the iconic Hong Wan Salmon Yee Sang, presented as part of a 9-course set menu priced at IDR 588,000++ per adult (minimum 2 persons), with dinner served from 6.00 pm.
A highlight of the evening is the traditional Yee Sang tossing ceremony, a symbolic ritual representing prosperity, good fortune, and shared blessings. Guests are encouraged to gather around the table, toss the vibrant salad together, and welcome the year ahead with positive intentions.
The festive ambience continues with cultural performances across both evenings. An energetic Barongsai dance on 16 February adds a lively and symbolic touch, believed to bring luck and ward off negative spirits. On 17 February, a Chinese singer performance sets a warm and celebratory tone for the evening.
