Amici by Enrico Bartolini invites guests to discover the heart of Italian aperitivo culture through its new Cocktail Class. Held every Wednesday at 7 PM, this intimate 70-minute experience offers a warm and engaging way to learn, sip, and celebrate the Italian aperitivo culture.
Led by Beverage Manager Dewa Buda Arsana, the class welcomes only 10 participants each week, ensuring a personal and hands-on experience. Guests will begin with a welcome drink, followed by a guided session where they learn to craft two signature cocktails, one is a classic Italian aperitif and the other one is the guest’s own cocktail creation. Each participant will also take home a special gift as a memento of the evening.
“It is a full sensory experience that feels both personal and immersive. Guests will shake, stir, taste, and create their own signature cocktails while learning about aperitivo recipes and developing a genuine connection to the craft,” shared Dewa Buda. “At Amici by Enrico Bartolini, we’re excited to share this aperitivo culture in a way that feels authentic, educational, and genuinely enjoyable,” he added.
