Beyond his property-level responsibilities, Wissam will also assume the strategic role of Corporate Operational Lead, where he will oversee and support corporate operational initiatives while contributing to the alignment and continuous enhancement of operational standards across the portfolio. Working closely with executive leadership and on-property management teams, he will play an instrumental role in ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and service excellence throughout the group.
