“Future of Beverage: From Solid to Liquid”
PT Sukanda Djaya officially announces the launch of the 1883 Drink Design Competition Indonesia 2026, a national platform designed to drive creativity and innovation in Indonesia’s beverage industry.
Carrying the theme “Future of Beverage: From Solid to Liquid,” the competition challenges bartenders and beverage creators to transform solid food inspirations into drinkable creations, highlighting originality, technique, taste balance, visual presentation, and storytelling. The initiative further strengthens the positioning of 1883 Maison Routin as a premium syrup brand supporting craftsmanship and flavor exploration.
The competition begins with an Online Preliminary Round (1–30 June 2026), where participants must submit one Instagram Reels video and a complete recipe. The Top 20 Finalists will be announced on 1 August 2026 and advance to the Live Final Round on 28 August 2026 at Dreamville Beach Club, Jakarta (PIK). Finalists will compete in Speed & Consistency, Mystery Box, and Signature Drink Presentation challenges. All entries must incorporate at least one 1883 Maison Routin product.
Prizes include:
1st Winner: IDR 25,000,000 + Trip to Drink Design Center® Tokyo + Trophy & Certificate
2nd Winner: IDR 15,000,000 + Trophy & Certificate
3rd Winner: IDR 10,000,000 + Trophy & Certificate
The competition aims to set a new benchmark for beverage innovation nationwide.
