For six months, The Cutler lived quietly behind the curtains — a soft opening where every evening became a ritual of refinement. Every plate, every sear, every detail was shaped with intention, driven by one belief: that Jakarta deserved a prime steakhouse crafted with heart, heritage, and honesty.
On the evening of 6 December 2025, that quiet dedication finally came to light.
The Cutler officially opened its doors with a warm, elegant evening celebration, joined by close friends, KOLs, media partners, and esteemed brands who have supported this journey from the very first spark. The night felt intimate, genuine, and deeply personal — less like a launch, and more like welcoming a community home.
At the heart of The Cutler stands Chef-Owner Mandira, a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef whose formative years in London and Sydney shaped his discipline, creativity, and devotion to the craft. His vision comes to life as a refined New York–style prime steakhouse rooted in timeless technique and an unwavering pursuit of Jakarta’s finest prime rib.
As the evening deepened, the celebration flowed seamlessly into the velvet-lit glow of Bar Monroe, where classic martinis, soft laughter, and unhurried conversations carried the night forward.
