The idea behind this collaboration is to highlight the unity in diversity of Indonesia, bringing together specialty dishes from cities across the archipelago into one memorable dining experience. Noesaka has long captured hearts with its flavorful and authentic Indonesian cuisine, while Kayu Manis is known for curating refined dining moments with a touch of tradition.
Together, under the creative hands of Chef Eko Nugroho and Chef Farid (Noesaka), alongside Chef Benvi (Kayu Manis), the collaboration blends culinary passion with storytelling, reintroducing nostalgic flavors in a contemporary way. Curated by Chef Eko Nugroho and Chef Farid from Noesaka Restaurant, alongside Chef Benvi from Kayu Manis Restaurant, this collaboration unites flavors and traditions that bring back the essence of Indonesian dining authentic, soulful, and timeless.
