The meeting will cover recent digital policy developments and help shape advocacy priorities for the year, including the potential revision of the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law; the upcoming Artificial Intelligence (AI) policy framework; the forthcoming ministerial implementing regulation for Government Regulation 17/2025 on child protection; the draft Cybersecurity Bill; and the planned revision of Government Regulation 71/2019 on the governance of electronic systems. The discussion will also provide an opportunity for members to join the relevant working groups.
