“Today, weddings are no longer only about marking a moment, but about creating an experience that stays in memory,” said Nabilla Humaira, Senior Marketing Communication Manager of Vasa Hotel Surabaya. “Through The Museum of Love, we wanted to present a wedding fair as a curated journey where love is experienced like art, emotional and deeply personal. It is not only for couples, but also for families and guests who become part of the story.” The exhibition brings together more than 60 curated wedding vendors, including event organizers, decorators, photographers, videographers, bridal designers, tailors, jewelers, and other wedding specialists. Visitors can explore a wide range of services and gain complete inspiration for planning their wedding day.

According to Hanato Pramono, Senior Wedding Manager of Vasa Hotel Surabaya, the fair also offers valuable benefits for couples. “Couples can enjoy advantages valued up to IDR 100 million, such as additional room stays for the bride and groom, a chance to experience the Presidential Suite, complimentary meals for the crew, free stall usage, special chapel pricing, and free use of the Chapel, Lobby Area, and Poolside for photo and video sessions,” he explained. This year’s event is realized through strong creative collaboration. Vasa Hotel Surabaya partners with Love Strings and Optimus as event organizers, Nuansa as the creative conceptor, D’factory as the animator, and Lasika as the immersive experience designer. The visual campaign is enhanced by Daydreaming for décor and fashion show styling, along with Rabel Films and Pictura for video and photography.

The creative lineup also includes Lily Sasongko Couture & Bridal, Wong Hang Tailor, Flos Decor, Sparkle Orchestra, and Cherry Jessica, who contribute to the overall artistic direction through couture fashion, decorative elements, live music, and refined makeup artistry. The exhibition journey begins with an immersive entrance created by Lasika, Nuansa, and D’factory, featuring animated LED visuals and interactive flooring. Visitors are then guided through several themed islands, each representing a phase of love. Sacred Roots presents the foundation of love with botanical installations and soft yellow tones. Emerging Path shows love taking shape through sculptural forms and dark burgundy florals. Carved in Time reflects commitment with classical statues and flowing blue fabrics. Art of Desire expresses passion with glamorous chandeliers and rich red maroon drapery. Whimsical Realm offers a dreamlike atmosphere with soft pink florals and playful art. LX Area provides an interactive LED and mirrored space where guests can change visuals themselves. Boundless Form represents love without limits through modern lilac and white sculptures. The journey ends with Blossom Eternal, inspired by Chinese tradition with modern design, symbolizing renewal and harmony.

Adding to the excitement, the fair offers exclusive grand prizes, including a pair of diamond wedding rings from Adelle Jewellery, a two-night stay at COMO Shambhala Estate, and a one-night stay at Vasa Hotel Surabaya’s Royal Suite. Beyond the exhibition area, Vasa Hotel Surabaya also presents the Wedding Runway Series at Savore, 5th Floor.
