39 years of hospitality. One global vision. One heartfelt thank you.
Swiss-Belhotel International celebrated its 39th Anniversary through “Thank You Week 2026,” held from 21–25 September 2026 across its properties, bringing employees, guests, partners, and communities together under the theme “Global Vision – Local Heart.” At Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage Bandung, the celebration was filled with activities that combined teamwork, creativity, appreciation, and community spirit.
The week kicked off with a CSR educational visit to SDN Pakar Dago Bandung, where the hotel team introduced students to the hospitality industry and shared insights into different hotel careers and the roles of Heads of Department. Back at the hotel, the celebration became even more lively with a Mobile Legends Staff Competition, Office Decoration Competition, Staff Movie Time, and Dessert Day—giving employees plenty of opportunities to compete, create, relax, and connect.
One of the most memorable moments was Canteen Day, when the Heads of Departments stepped away from their usual roles to serve meals to their team members. A simple activity, but a meaningful gesture of appreciation and togetherness. The week ended on a high note with a colourful Gala Dinner, where employees represented different countries and cultures inspired by Swiss-Belhotel International’s global properties. The evening celebrated diversity while bringing everyone together as one team.
The anniversary spirit continued on 26 September 2026 through a special Yoga Collaboration with Serenities Space Bandung. Set in the tranquil surroundings of Dago Atas, the session encouraged participants to slow down, reconnect, and embrace wellness through mindful movement. Through “Global Vision – Local Heart,” Swiss-Belhotel International continues to celebrate its international journey while staying connected to the people and communities at the heart of every destination.
“More than an anniversary celebration, Thank You Week 2026 was a reminder that hospitality is ultimately about people—the people who serve, the people who connect, and the people who make every experience memorable. Because behind every memorable stay, there is a team that makes it possible.” Added Mr. Yunindra Hardino, General Manager Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage Bandung.
