Bandung, August 3, 2026 — In the lead-up to The Papandayan Jazz Fest (TPJF) 2026, TP Jazz Management proudly presents a special collaboration with Kota Baru Parahyangan through TP Jazz Universe: Greatest Movie Soundtrack, which will take place on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Mason Grand Ballroom, Mason Pine Hotel, Kota Baru Parahyangan.
More than just a concert, this event represents a collaboration between TP Jazz Management and Kota Baru Parahyangan, built upon the spirit of Community-Based Development—the belief that communities serve as the foundation for nurturing culture, creativity, and a better quality of life.

Since its development began in 2000, Kota Baru Parahyangan has been committed not only to physical development but also to fostering a vibrant community. Through spaces that encourage social interaction, cultural activities, education, sports, and creative initiatives, Kota Baru Parahyangan continues to strengthen connections across generations. Originally developed around the concepts of History, Culture, and Education during its first decade, the township has since evolved around three core pillars—Independent, Civilized, and Sustainable (Mandiri, Madani, and Alami)—reflecting its long-standing commitment to sustainable development.
Ryan Brasali, Director of PT Belaputera Intiland, explained that the philosophy of Community-Based Development has guided every stage of Kota Baru Parahyangan's development, including collaborations that create meaningful value for the community.
"For us, Community-Based Development is more than an urban development concept—it is a philosophy of building a city where people can thrive together. We strive to create spaces that encourage people to gather, connect, and share meaningful experiences. Through our collaboration with TP Jazz Management, we see how music can become an integral part of this ecosystem, enriching cultural values while strengthening a sense of togetherness within the community."
The same spirit has shaped TP Jazz Management for more than fourteen years. Through initiatives such as The Papandayan Jazz Fest, TP Jazz Universe, The Papandayan Resonance Podcast, and The Papandayan International Online Jazz Competition (TPJC), TP Jazz Management has consistently created platforms where musicians, communities, young talents, and music enthusiasts can meet, collaborate, and grow together.
For TP Jazz Management, music is more than entertainment—it is a medium that strengthens human connections, encourages dialogue, and fosters a sustainable creative ecosystem.
This shared philosophy became the driving force behind the partnership. As one of the sponsors of The Papandayan Jazz Fest 2026, Kota Baru Parahyangan not only supports the festival but also joins TP Jazz Management in presenting an experience that demonstrates how art and community can inspire and strengthen one another.
Through TP Jazz Universe: Greatest Movie Soundtrack, both organizations aim to show that community development is not built solely through infrastructure, but also through cultural experiences that inspire interaction, creativity, and a strong sense of belonging.
Founder of TP Jazz Management, Bobby Renaldi, said the partnership is rooted in a shared vision of preserving cultural values through approaches that remain relevant to today's generation.
"The Papandayan Jazz Fest has always believed that jazz is more than a musical genre—it is part of our cultural journey. We see the same spirit reflected in Kota Baru Parahyangan, a township developed with deep respect for history, culture, and quality of life. That is why this collaboration feels so natural. We hope this concert marks the beginning of a journey that brings together music, place, and community in one meaningful experience."
Carrying the theme Greatest Movie Soundtrack, the concert will present fresh jazz interpretations of iconic soundtracks from legendary Indonesian and international films, enriched through improvisation and musical exploration.
The concert will feature Dwiki Dharmawan, Dira Sugandi, Dirly Dave, Rimar Calista, and Sandy Sondoro, with an opening performance by the TPJC Winner, reflecting TP Jazz Management's ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of Indonesian jazz musicians.
The concert serves as the official pre-event of The Papandayan Jazz Fest 2026.
Tickets are available at IDR 250,000 for the general public, with a Pre-Sale price of IDR 175,000 valid until August 14, 2026, while quotas last. All The Papandayan Jazz Fest 2026 Platinum Pass holders will also enjoy complimentary admission as part of their ticket benefits.
Through this collaboration, The Papandayan Jazz Fest and Kota Baru Parahyangan hope to demonstrate that cultural preservation does not always have to take conventional forms. Music, public spaces, and cross-sector collaboration can become new ways of preserving identity, celebrating cultural heritage, and ensuring its relevance for future generations.
With this spirit, TP Jazz Universe: Greatest Movie Soundtrack is not only the opening event leading to The Papandayan Jazz Fest 2026, but also a celebration of the belief that culture continues to thrive when it is nurtured and developed together. ****
