In celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day, éL Hotel Bandung is joining the August festivities with a series of activities centered around togetherness, creativity, and sportsmanship. The hotel organized various events for its employees, creating a warm and festive atmosphere throughout the month.
The celebrations featured a variety of competitions, including éL Idol, Mini Soccer, Table Tennis, Badminton, a Cooking Competition between Heads of Department (HODs), and traditional Independence Day games.
One of the highlights was the HOD Cooking Competition, where department heads and two staff members from each department competed to showcase their creativity and cooking skills through fried rice dishes. Beyond the competition itself, the activity provided an opportunity for department leaders and staff to strengthen teamwork and build a closer working environment.
Meanwhile, éL Idol gave employees a platform to showcase their singing talents and creativity. The Mini Soccer, Table Tennis, and Badminton competitions also brought a sense of sportsmanship while encouraging teamwork and collaboration across departments.
The festive atmosphere continued through various traditional Indonesian Independence Day games, bringing plenty of excitement and reminding employees of the importance of togetherness, gotong royong, and camaraderie.
In addition to the competitions, éL Hotel Bandung also held an Independence Day ceremony to honor the struggles and sacrifices of the nation’s heroes while fostering a spirit of nationalism, unity, and love for the country.
