In celebration of the holy month of Ramadhan, KARBON, located on the 16th floor of Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar, introduces a distinctive iftar experience through its signature open flame grill concept set against panoramic views of Bandung from above. Guests are welcomed daily starting from 5:00 PM, perfectly timed to embrace the transition from golden sunset hues to the sparkling city lights, creating a warm and exclusive setting to celebrate togetherness during Ramadhan. 

 

 

Fire-driven culinary philosophy defines the dining experience at KARBON. The specially curated Ramadhan menu presents an elevated interpretation of open flame cuisine, combining refined grilling techniques, rich flavors, and captivating presentation. Signature highlights include the Vindaloo Cut, a grilled picanha served with bold and aromatic vindaloo curry sauce; the Rendang Roast, a whole chicken marinated in traditional rendang spices and flame-roasted to achieve a distinctive smoky character; and Charred in Curry, grilled barramundi complemented by a delicate yet layered Thai green curry. 

 

 

Live cooking presentations at the open flame kitchen further enhance the experience, offering guests a dramatic visual display of fire-based culinary craftsmanship. The interplay of flame, aroma, and technique creates a multi-sensory dining journey, adding depth and authenticity to the Ramadhan iftar experience. 

 

 

A sweet finale awaits with the Kolak Toffee Pudding, a modern interpretation of Indonesia’s beloved kolak. This warm dessert combines sticky toffee pudding with palm sugar, coconut milk, and jackfruit, served alongside smoked vanilla ice cream to create a harmonious balance of sweet, creamy, and smoky flavors. Complementary mocktails, including the floral and refreshing Jasmine Fizz and the creamy tropical Joy Soy, complete the Ramadhan dining experience with refreshing flavor profiles.
