Priced at IDR 688,000++ per couple, the experience includes a thoughtfully crafted romantic dinner set menu, starting with a warm amuse bouche of artisan bread served with delicate herb butter. The evening continues with a grilled prawn salad featuring crisp garden greens and light citrus vinaigrette, followed by a comforting cream of mushroom soup finished with aromatic truffle oil.
For the main course, couples may choose between a perfectly grilled beef tenderloin served with creamy potato gratin and rich beef jus, or a delicate pan-seared salmon fillet paired with lemon butter sauce, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. The dinner concludes on a sweet note with a chocolate lava cake, featuring a molten center served alongside vanilla ice cream and strawberry coulis.
