InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar proudly unveils a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration through its themed event, “Sail the New Year 2026,” an exclusive experience that blends elevated culinary creations, live entertainment, and a dazzling festive atmosphere. Inspired by the notion of sailing into a brand-new chapter, this event is designed to offer an evening filled with excitement and warmth for every guest.
The extraordinary night begins with a delightful culinary journey featuring a curated selection of menu highlights crafted to indulge the senses. Guests will be welcomed with fresh seafood offerings such as tiger prawns and slipper lobster, served at the Seafood on Ice station. The elegance continues with refined cold selections including delicate salmon gravlax and richly flavored smoked black cod. The antipasti area offers refreshing compositions such as stracciatella cheese with cherry tomato confit, the aromatic pairing of grilled asparagus with parmesan shavings, and the bold character of Mediterranean octopus & chorizo salad.
Moving into the main courses, guests will discover an impressive array of Western carvery selections, including slow-roasted Australian wagyu OP rib cooked to a perfectly tender finish, and mustard & mint roasted lamb leg with deep, comforting flavors. The culinary experience is further elevated by the signature Parmesan Wheel Pasta, where tagliatelle or penne is infused with truffle oil and freshly shaved parmesan directly from the iconic cheese wheel. From the Asian selection, dishes such as US scallop & tiger prawn green curry, crispy garlic & ginger braised Angus short ribs, and traditional Indonesian roasted lamb offer familiar yet satisfying flavors.
To conclude this culinary voyage, guests will be treated to an array of enticing desserts, from the refreshing yuzu white chocolate dome and the silky, indulgent salted caramel namelaka tart to the ever-popular Basque burnt cheesecake. Each dessert is crafted to deliver a delightful sweet finale.

Soulfegio will energize the atmosphere with their vibrant live music performance, followed by DJ Nicky who will elevate the celebration with dynamic modern DJ sets. The festivities are further enriched by performances from Nucla, adding a refreshing musical variety for the guests. The entire event will be hosted by the charismatic duo, Winda Anova and Sony Bastian, ensuring a lively and seamless flow throughout the night.
