Ramadan always brings a different atmosphere—days feel calmer, time seems to slow down, and iftar becomes the most anticipated moment of the day. This year, The Papandayan invites Bandung residents to experience that warmth once again through Pasar Ramadan at Pago Restaurant, an iftar experience celebrating the richness of Indonesian flavors in a cozy and welcoming setting.
Carrying the theme “Together Is More Meaningful,” Pasar Ramadan is designed as more than just a dinner—it’s a gathering space that revives the simple yet heartfelt tradition of breaking the fast together. Guests are encouraged to share stories around the table, enjoy Ramadan favorites, and create lasting memories with family, friends, and colleagues.

The buffet features a rotating daily menu packed with variety, from classic fried snacks, kolak, sweet Ramadan porridges, traditional takjil, to nostalgic Bandung street bites like cilok with peanut sauce and cilok in broth. The main buffet highlights Sundanese and Nusantara dishes such as nasi tutug oncom, babat, usus, paru, signature sambal, rendang, ayam kalio, gudeg Jogja, semur daging, and kapau vegetables. Soup options include soto mie, soto Bandung, and soto Padang, complemented by a sushi bar and Asian-Western mains like beef steak, fish with cobek sambal, and Singapore glass noodles. For dessert, guests can enjoy assorted pastries, pudding, sweet and savory martabak, ice cream, and fresh fruit.
This year’s highlight once again is the Smoked Goat Curry (Gulai Kambing Asap)—last year’s signature favorite that returns due to high demand. Its smoky aroma paired with a rich, spiced curry makes it a standout iftar dish, alongside Beef Doner Kebab for an international twist.
Executive Chef Dadang Suryaman shared that this year’s Ramadan menu has been curated with a more personal approach:
“We brought back Smoked Goat Curry because of the incredible response last year. This time, we’ve refined the recipe—keeping its smoky character while balancing the flavors better. We want Pasar Ramadan to feel comforting, familiar, yet full of new surprises every day.”
The Pasar Ramadan buffet is priced at Rp 310,000 net per person, inclusive of government tax and service charge. An Early Bird rate of Rp 260,000 net per person is available for reservations made before February 15, 2026. Additional promotions include 15% off during Week 1 & Week 4 and 10% off during Week 2 & Week 3, giving guests flexible options to enjoy the best deals.
For more private gatherings, The Papandayan also offers private iftar venues at Cantigi Wine & Dine, HuruBatu Grill Garden, Meeting Rooms, and the Grand Ballroom—ideal for family events, corporate gatherings, or community iftars.
With Ramadan-themed decor, warm lighting, and signature Papandayan hospitality, Pasar Ramadan at Pago Restaurant promises not just a satisfying meal, but a meaningful and memorable iftar experience.
