Roger Jude Hessing
General Manager, ARYADUTA Lippo Village

With more than three decades of hospitality experience across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, Roger Jude Hessing brings a wealth of international expertise to ARYADUTA Lippo Village. His journey has taken him from luxury hotel pre-openings to leading Food & Beverage operations and even building an award-winning restaurant business of his own. Today, he returns to hotel operations with a fresh perspective, ready to lead the resort's next exciting chapter and further elevate the guest experience.

Adhi Supriandi
General Manager, ARYADUTA Manado

Hospitality has been at the heart of Adhi Supriandi's career for more than 20 years. Beginning in Food & Beverage before progressing into hotel operations, pre-opening projects, and general management, Adhi has built his career across Jakarta, Bandung, Cirebon, Bekasi, Anyer, and Solo. His people-first leadership style and operational expertise make him well positioned to lead ARYADUTA Manado into its next phase of growth.

Rendy Prapanca
Cluster General Manager – ARYADUTA Bandung, WaterBoom Lippo Cikarang & Puncak Resort

With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Rendy Prapanca has built his career through a series of leadership roles across ARYADUTA Hotels. Having successfully managed ARYADUTA Menteng and ARYADUTA Bandung as Executive Assistant Manager, and ARYADUTA Palembang, ARYADUTA Medan, and ARYADUTA Kuta Bali fas General Manager, he brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, business transformation, and guest experience. Today, as Cluster General Manager, he oversees ARYADUTA Bandung, WaterBoom Lippo Cikarang, and Puncak Resort International, bringing the same guest-centric approach to a diverse portfolio of hospitality and leisure destinations.

Fajar Sukarno
Cluster General Manager – ARYADUTA Menteng & ARYADUTA Semanggi

With a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Padjadjaran University, Fajar Sukarno brings a unique people-first perspective to hotel leadership. After progressing through various HR roles to become Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ARYADUTA Hotel Group, he transitioned into operations as General Manager of ARYADUTA Menteng in 2021. Now serving as Cluster General Manager for ARYADUTA Menteng and ARYADUTA Suites Semanggi, Fajar continues to champion talent development, service excellence, and the belief that empowered teams create exceptional guest experiences.

Dosen Sinaga
Cluster General Manager – ARYADUTA Medan & ARYADUTA Pekanbaru

With more than 20 years of hospitality experience across Bintan, Bali, Batam, and Jakarta, Dosen Sinaga has built his career on a strong foundation of operational excellence and service leadership. Beginning as a Management Trainee in Food & Beverage, he steadily progressed through various leadership roles before joining ARYADUTA Hotels. After successfully leading ARYADUTA Medan as General Manager over the past year, Dosen now takes on an expanded role as Cluster General Manager, overseeing both ARYADUTA Medan and ARYADUTA Pekanbaru.

Whether welcoming new talent or celebrating the achievements of leaders who have grown within the organization, every appointment reflects ARYADUTA Hotels' belief that exceptional hospitality begins with exceptional people.
