RAFFLES JAKARTA APPOINTS GIORDANO FAGGIOLLI AS NEW GENERAL MANAGER

Raffles Jakarta is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Faggioli as its new General Manager, effective 2 February 2026. Mr. Faggioli brings over two decades of distinguished leadership in global luxury hospitality to the iconic property.

Mr. Faggioli’s career spans senior roles with some of the world’s most esteemed hospitality brands, including Four Seasons, St. Regis, Capella Hotel Group and Shangri-La. He is widely respected for his guest-focused approach, thoughtful leadership style, and commitment to nurturing strong service culture, empowered teams, and sustainable performance.

Mr. Faggioli’s journey began in Thailand, where he joined Four Seasons as Executive Chef, following years spent honing his craft at St. Regis and AYANA Bali. His exceptional leadership and culinary expertise quickly propelled him through the ranks, leading to his appointment as Director of Food and Beverage at AYANA Bali.

In 2017, he was promoted to Hotel Manager of AYANA Bali, where he oversaw an expansive portfolio of 976 luxury villas and 51 serviced residences. He later broadened his international experience with a tenure in Sri Lanka as Resident Manager at Shangri-La.

Returning to AYANA Bali in 2022, Mr. Faggioli resumed his role as Hotel Manager before being appointed General Manager. His experience in stewarding renowned resorts and creating meaningful guest journeys resonates strongly with the heritage, values, and traditions of Raffles.
