ALFI CONVEX 2025 Officially Concludes with Attendance of Two Ministers, Recording Hundreds of Billions in Exhibition Transactions
ALFI CONVEX 2025, organized by the Indonesian Logistics and Forwarders Association (ALFI), officially concluded today at ICE BSD, Tangerang. The Closing Ceremony marked the end of three days filled with exhibitions and intensive discussions centered around the theme “Indonesia in Motion: Transforming Logistics Toward Golden Indonesia 2045.”
The closing of the event was highlighted by the presence and strategic directives of two key government leaders: Indonesia’s Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi and Minister of Cooperatives, Ferry Juliantono. Their attendance underscored the government’s commitment to positioning the logistics sector as a key driver of equitable economic growth and national connectivity.
Minister Dudy emphasized the crucial role of Indonesia’s logistics ecosystem in supporting the government’s priority national development agenda.
“Positioning Indonesia as a modern logistics hub in the Asia-Pacific region is our shared mission, because logistics is the heartbeat of the economy,” said Dudy. “This forum serves as an essential platform to deliver strategic policy directives and unify steps in strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesia’s supply chain. With these efforts, the national economic foundation aligned with Asta Cita becomes even stronger.”
Minister Ferry also highlighted that the Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih Cooperative Initiative planned for the coming year will require strong support from ALFI due to a significant increase in business volume. He stressed that this aligns with the President’s target to accelerate the growth of cooperatives so they can keep pace with State-Owned Enterprises and private companies.
“The President wants each village cooperative to be equipped with a truck and other operational vehicles. This means there will be around 80,000 vehicles in villages and urban wards to facilitate the flow of goods both from and to rural areas,” said Ferry.
He added that the Ministry of Cooperatives’ assets have increased by IDR 240 trillion following allocations from Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa. This significant increase has drastically amplified business volume in the cooperative sector and is expected to drive higher public participation in joining cooperatives.
ALFI CONVEX 2025 Records Hundreds of Billions in Exhibition Transactions, Supports Zero ODOL Program
Chairman of ALFI National Board (DPP ALFI), Akbar Djohan, announced that the event recorded a total business transaction value of IDR 580 billion. This impressive figure reaffirms the strength of Indonesia’s logistics industry and the success of ALFI CONVEX as a premier platform for business meetings and strategic negotiations among association members and industry partners.
Beyond commercial achievements, ALFI CONVEX 2025 also demonstrated the industry’s strong commitment to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. In his remarks, Akbar reiterated ALFI’s full support for the implementation of the Zero ODOL (Over Dimension Over Loading) 2027 program. Minister Dudy likewise emphasized ALFI’s important role in ensuring the success of Zero ODOL 2027.
To celebrate innovation and active participation, ALFI CONVEX 2025 presented awards to outstanding booths. These awards highlight the industry’s creativity and investment in enhancing the logistics sector.
