THE LANGHAM, JAKARTA CELEBRATES GLOBAL WELLNESS AND
COMMUNITY SPIRIT WITH THE RETURN OF THE LANGHAM PINK RUN 2026
Uniting Jakarta in the Spirit of Wellness and Giving Back
In celebration of the enduring legacy of The Langham Hotels & Resorts and its commitment to wellness, community engagement, and meaningful impact, The Langham, Jakarta is delighted to announce the return of The Langham Pink Run 2026, taking place on Sunday, 12 July 2026.
Returning for its second consecutive year, The Langham Pink Run is part of a global initiative celebrated across Langham properties worldwide. The global series kicks off in Boston, followed by events on the Gold Coast, Melbourne, and Sydney on 25 June. The momentum continues in Jakarta this July, with subsequent runs planned for September in Chicago and Pasadena. The grand finale will take place in October, with Pink Runners crossing the finish line in Bangkok, London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and New York.
Following the remarkable success of its inaugural edition, The Langham, Jakarta is expanding the event's scale this year to welcome 700 participants. Runners will enjoy a scenic 5-kilometre route through Jakarta's prestigious Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) during the city's weekly Car-Free Day, before returning to The Langham, Jakarta for a morning of wellness-inspired activities and celebrations.

The Langham, Jakarta invites everyone to join the Pink Run and be part of a wider movement to make a difference. Held in collaboration with Love Pink Indonesia, a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to breast cancer awareness, education, and early detection advocacy, the event aims to raise awareness and support for a cause that touches countless lives across Indonesia. Through this partnership, The Langham, Jakarta continues its commitment to creating meaningful social impact while encouraging healthy lifestyles and community engagement.

This year's commemorative finisher medal has been thoughtfully designed in collaboration with Sungai Design, the creative initiative of environmental organisation Sungai Watch. Known for transforming river-bound plastic waste into purposeful products, Sungai Watch protects Indonesia's waterways through innovative waste interception systems and community-driven environmental action. This exclusive medal serves as a powerful reminder of the collective impact that small, conscious actions can create.
Adding an exciting new dimension to this year's activity, guests will enjoy an energising Dance Icon Cardio Session, led by renowned fitness personalities Erick Limans and Frans from Paradigm Fitness for a dynamic post-run experience.
The Langham, Jakarta is honoured to be supported by a distinguished group of partners whose shared commitment helps bring this meaningful event to life. Bank BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) joins as the main sponsor, alongside valued partners including Luxmatters Jewellery, Brilliant by Langham, Ron 88, Shiseido Professional, Asics, Biore UV, Heavenly Blush, Ultrajaya, District8, Magnum Professional, Tropicana Slim, Fibe Mini, and Powerade, each contributing to an elevated participant experience while supporting the event's charitable mission.

"The return of The Langham Pink Run reflects our continued commitment to fostering wellness, community engagement, and purposeful impact," said Alexander Poindl, General Manager of The Langham, Jakarta. "As we welcome a significantly larger community this year, we are proud to bring together meaningful partnerships that not only celebrate healthy living but also support important social and environmental causes. This event perfectly embodies the values that continue to define The Langham around the world."
As The Langham Hotels & Resorts continues to celebrate wellness initiatives globally, The Langham Pink Run 2026 stands as a testament to the power of community, compassion, and collective action—bringing together hundreds of participants for a morning where every step contributes towards a greater purpose.
