Anniversary celebration to combine Indonesian cultural heritage 

with a charitable initiative supporting autism education

As Hotel Tentrem Jakarta marks its second anniversary, the hotel is proud to present Dwi Warsa Tentrem: Savour the Taste, Witness the Heritage. Since officially opening its doors on 14 July 2024, Hotel Tentrem Jakarta has spent two remarkable years delivering heartfelt hospitality, building meaningful connections, and staying committed to celebrating the richness of Indonesian heritage.

A Celebration Rooted in Culture

Beyond marking a milestone, Hotel Tentrem Jakarta's second anniversary is an invitation to witness, to taste, and to give back. On Saturday, 18 July 2026, the hotel is hosting an evening designed as a journey through Indonesian heritage, opening at the prestigious Ballroom's pre-function area before continuing into the full celebration at the Ballroom. The evening is held as a charity event in partnership with the YCHI Autism Center.

The evening opens with Indonesian Serimpi Dance, following with a traditional shadow puppet theatre, setting the tone with shadow and storytelling, followed by a harp performance by Nia Aladdin. Guests are then drawn into the Sinden & Gamelan Corner, where traditional sinden vocals meet the rhythms of Javanese gamelan. The evening comes full circle at the table with a 5-course, Indonesian-inspired set menu, thoughtfully crafted by the hotel's culinary team to translate heritage into flavour, course by course.

Giving Back: The Dwi Warsa Tentrem Charity Initiative

A highlight of the evening is the showcase of SUKMA Gallery, Hotel Tentrem Jakarta's signature cultural collection celebrating Indonesian craftsmanship and the creativity of local artisans, a reflection of the hotel's belief that meaningful celebrations can create meaningful impact through a fashion show parade, supported by Tentrem's Batik collection alongside Batik Nyonya Indo and Rosethree Batik.
