Central Jakarta has officially welcomed its newest luxury landmark. The Grand Platinum Jakarta, the first and only five-star hotel in the area, celebrated its Grand Opening on August 28, 2025, after a soft opening earlier in June. Managed by Platinum Hotel Indonesia Group, the property is the group’s flagship hotel, showcasing modern luxury with a touch of elegance and sophistication.

Already well-known for its successful properties in Balikpapan, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Bali, Platinum Hotel Indonesia now brings its signature “Grand” concept to the capital. Designed to be a new icon of Jakarta’s hospitality scene, The Grand Platinum is set to become a top choice for business travelers, leisure seekers, and international visitors.

The hotel offers 252 beautifully designed rooms across eight categories, from the Deluxe Room (30 sqm) to the Presidential Suite (135 sqm). Guests can expect refined interiors, luxurious bathrooms, and premium amenities from world-class brands like Jo Malone and Salvatore Ferragamo. For those staying in higher suite categories, indulgences like bathtubs and jacuzzis are also included.

For business and events, The Grand Platinum Jakarta is well-prepared with 21 function rooms equipped with the latest LED technology—perfect for meetings, conferences, and corporate gatherings. Soon, these spaces will be enhanced with advanced lighting, smoke machines, and other event-supporting features.

Food lovers will enjoy Palladium Restaurant (All Day Dining), which seats up to 270 guests and serves a daily buffet of international flavors—led by an expert team of chefs from Indonesia, China, and India. Expect a mix of Western, Indian, Chinese, and Indonesian favorites.

At the lobby, the elegant Barium Bar & Lounge welcomes guests with its stylish setting and a baby grand piano, perfect for unwinding over drinks. And there’s more coming soon:

Infinity Sky Bar – On the 6th floor, this rooftop spot will offer stunning views of JIEXPO and the Jakarta skyline, right next to the hotel’s ballroom.
