THE PUB at Harris Puri Mansion succeeded in holding its first exclusive dinner event called “Savor and Shine”, serving a meticulously crafted 5 dishes throughout the evening. The whole set menu was born from the hand of Harris Puri Mansion Executive Sous Chef: Chef Arif, collaborating with Chef Gerald Maridet as the Guest Pastry Chef.

Before the dinner, all guests were mingled in the lobby area and enjoying canapes with a melody from the saxophone performance. The crowd lit up the entire THE PUB area with a warm atmosphere when seated at their table. To add the mood to the event, the performance of live music was bringing the variety of song list from the 80s R&B song to the newest popular song.

Chef Arif served the set menu from the appetizer to the main course, starting from Charcoal Brioche Bun with flavor parleys cream cheese and cheddar by Chef Gerald then continued with avocado and orange salad with prawn and french dressing by Chef Arif. The soup before the main course is three ways of pumpkin cream soup that was not only delicious but also stimulate the guest’s appetite and prepare the digestive system. The main course was the “Truffle Card” from Chef Arif, he presents 72 Hours slow-cooked short ribs. It was served with cauliflower puree and two varieties of chef’s sauce, one of which was made with coffee.

We hope you enjoy this culinary journey as much as we’ve enjoyed preparing it for you” said Chef Arif, The Executive Sous Chef of Harris Puri Mansion on welcoming the guest.

The dining experience then ended with a dessert from Chef Gerald which was a fusion on a glass consisting of chocolate ovomaltine muesli, earl grey cremeux, strawberry jelly, and pistachio ice cream. This dessert was completed with dry ice to give a spectacular look when delivered to the guest table.

THE PUB is a sports and lounge bar managed by Harris Puri Mansion. The serving fit for dining or light bites. Its operational hours are from 11 AM to 10 PM. It's perfect for hanging out and chilling with your loved ones in Jakarta.
