Love for the Senses, A Collaboration by The Bar and D’ORSAY
Park Hyatt Jakarta welcomes a new chapter of sensory expression through a collaboration between The Bar at Park Hyatt Jakarta and D’ORSAY, the Parisian fragrance house known for its intimate, emotion led creations. Launched on 6 February 2026, the collabor ation coincides with D’ORSAY’s first boutique opening in Indonesia, marking a meeting of two brands united by passion, craftsmanship, and quiet elegance.
Rooted in the language of emotion, D’ORSAY has long explored love, desire, and human connection through scent. At Park Hyatt Jakarta, this philosophy finds a new form through cocktails that translate fragrance into flavor, creating moments that feel personal, expressive, and considered.
The cocktail collection is curated by Melvern Nathanael, Beverage Manager of Park Hyatt Jakarta, who interprets D’ORSAY’s olfactory narratives into a refined drinking experience. Each creation is thoughtfully composed, balancing technique and emotion, inviting guests to explore love through taste and aroma.

Earl grey and butterfly pea infused vodka, Luxardo bitter bianco, honey, lemon, and orange blossom air
Dandy or Not – G.A.
Spiced rum, pu erh black tea, pink grapefruit, cardamom, and lemon
Sur Tes Lèvres – E.Q.
Pink berry infused gin, carbonated jasmine, elderflower, lemon acid, and patchouli oil aroma
Tonka Hysteria Tonka bean infused blended Scotch whisky, cold brew coffee liqueur, espresso, vanilla, and cinnamon
Flower Lust Vetiver and sandalwood infused gin, pink peppercorn, lemon, and strawberry
