General On-Sale Information:
• Ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of 6 (six) tickets per transaction within the same category.
• Each email address and phone number is limited to 1 (one) transaction.
Seating & Area Information:
• Cat 1, Cat 2, Cat 3, Cat 4, and Cat 5 are numbered seating categories. Seat numbers will be sent closer to the event date and will be implemented on the show day.
• Festival is a free-standing category.
Safety & Age Policy:
• For safety reasons, individuals with disabilities and pregnant women are advised not to be in the Festival area.
• Children under 12 years old and individuals under 1.2m in height are not permitted in the Festival area.
• Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above.
• Children under 3 years old are not allowed to attend the event.
