Titled Timeless Radiance, the collaboration brings Sulwhasoo’s time-honoured beauty rituals to Raffles Spa, combining the brand’s heritage of Korean ginseng research with the personalised care and considered hospitality of Raffles Jakarta.

Rooted in the belief that beauty does not deteriorate over time, but evolves through every milestone in life, Sulwhasoo draws on more than 50 years of dedicated research into Korean ginseng and traditional Asian herbal wisdom. Through the residency, this philosophy comes to life through a curated selection of facial and body treatments designed to awaken the skin’s natural radiance while encouraging a deeper sense of relaxation and renewal.

Guests can discover Sulwhasoo’s signature treatments at Raffles Spa, where its formulations and rituals are paired with a restorative spa environment. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to bring together beauty and wellbeing, with treatments focused on nourishing the skin and creating moments of balance and relaxation. At the heart of the residency is a dedicated Sulwhasoo treatment room, offering guests an intimate setting to experience the brand’s signature rituals. The collaboration reflects a shared appreciation between Sulwhasoo and Raffles Jakarta for heritage, craftsmanship and personalised experiences. By bringing Korean beauty traditions into the Raffles Spa experience, the residency offers a new way for guests to discover the art of restorative care in the heart of Jakarta. Further extending the experience, Raffles Jakarta will introduce a stay package inclusive of the collaboration treatment in mid-October 2026. Designed as a complete urban retreat, the package will combine a stay at Raffles Jakarta with restorative spa treatments and personalised Raffles Butler Service, allowing guests to carry the spirit of renewal beyond the treatment room. Timeless Radiance at Raffles Spa will officially commence on 1 October 2026 and continue through 1 October 2027.
