Anigre Restaurant at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel, celebrated as one of South Jakarta’s premier all-day dining venues, presents “Taste of Vietnam”, a vibrant culinary showcase inspired by the flavors of Saigon. In collaboration with Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, this special dining event features Chef Nam Le and Chef Hien Nguyen—two acclaimed Vietnamese chefs—who will bring the authentic taste, aroma, and culinary artistry of their homeland to Jakarta.
From 3 to 9 November 2025, guests are invited to embark on an exquisite gastronomic journey that highlights the balance, freshness, and aromatic complexity that define Vietnamese cuisine. The curated menu includes beloved classics such as Phở Bò, the soul-warming beef noodle soup simmered to perfection; Bánh Xèo, a crispy and savory pancake filled with fresh ingredients and fragrant herbs; the iconic Bánh Mì, a crunchy baguette layered with flavorful fillings; Cà Ri Gà, a comforting chicken curry enriched with coconut milk and lemongrass; and Chè Đậu Xanh, a refreshing mung bean sweet soup that perfectly rounds out the meal. Each dish is crafted with traditional techniques and authentic ingredients sourced directly from Vietnam, ensuring every bite captures the essence of its heritage.
This culinary collaboration continues Anigre Restaurant’s commitment to celebrating regional authenticity and cross-cultural exchange. Earlier this year, the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City culinary team showcased the rich flavors of Indonesian cuisine in Vietnam. Now, the chefs from Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel return the gesture, sharing the warmth and authenticity of Vietnamese culinary tradition with diners in Jakarta.
