A Month of Indonesian Flavours & Creativity at 25hours
This August, 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird turns the spotlight towards homegrown craftsmanship with a month-long celebration of Indonesian makers, producers and artisans who are redefining local ingredients and traditions. Across its restaurants, bars and social spaces, guests are invited to discover collaborations with Adore Cacao, Marak, and Acaraki, each sharing a common belief that world-class quality begins at its origin.
Throughout the month, the hotel continues its commitment to championing local communities by partnering with brands that work closely with Indonesian farmers, producers and craftspeople. From single-origin chocolate and Balinese craft arak to heritage-inspired herbal drinks, every collaboration tells a story of provenance, craftsmanship and the people behind it.
This initiative forms part of 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird's ongoing philosophy of creating experiences that connect guests with the culture, creativity and talent found across Indonesia, while supporting businesses that place sustainability, traceability and community at the heart of what they do.

Oddly Chocolate with Adore Cacao
Running from 3 to 31 August, Oddly Chocolate takes over Grab & Go and COPA Restaurant with a limited-time selection of desserts and chocolate creations featuring Adore Cacao's single-origin Indonesian couverture chocolate.
Adore Cacao has built its reputation by overseeing every stage of chocolate production, from cultivation and fermentation to roasting and chocolate making. By working directly with farming communities, the brand preserves the unique terroir of Indonesian cacao while delivering exceptional quality trusted by Michelin-starred restaurants and some of Europe's leading pastry chefs.
Rather than treating chocolate as simply another ingredient, Adore celebrates its origin, allowing the distinct characteristics of Indonesian cacao to shine through every creation. The collaboration offers guests an opportunity to experience Indonesian chocolate presented with the same level of craftsmanship found in some of the world's finest kitchens.

The Island Spirit with Marak
At Oddbird Bar, August belongs to The Island Spirit, a month-long cocktail programme celebrating Marak, Bali's award-winning single-origin craft arak.
Produced exclusively from palm sap harvested in Sidemen, East Bali, Marak represents a new generation of Indonesian spirits that honours traditional distilling while embracing contemporary craftsmanship. Behind the bottle is Indoestri Teluk Saba, Indonesia's pioneer premium craft spirits company, whose philosophy centres on building an ecosystem connecting agriculture, hospitality, education and local communities.
Every bottle reflects the character of its place of origin while helping preserve farming communities and generations of traditional knowledge.
Throughout August, guests can discover Marak through signature cocktails, paired experiences and curated bar programmes, offering a contemporary perspective on one of Indonesia's oldest spirits.
A Modern Take on Indonesia's Herbal Heritage with Acaraki
Completing the line-up is Acaraki, Indonesia's contemporary interpretation of jamu. Known for elevating one of the country's oldest wellness traditions into a modern drinking experience, Acaraki works closely with local farmers to source quality herbs and spices while introducing Indonesian botanical ingredients to new audiences.
Together with 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird, the collaboration celebrates Indonesia's rich biodiversity and centuries-old herbal knowledge through thoughtfully crafted beverages that bridge heritage with modern hospitality.
Supporting Local, One Collaboration at a Time
For 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird, supporting local extends beyond sourcing ingredients. It is about celebrating the people, stories and communities that shape Indonesia's culinary and cultural identity.
"Indonesia is home to extraordinary producers whose work deserves to be experienced on a global stage. Through these collaborations, we want to introduce our guests to the incredible quality that exists within our own backyard while supporting brands that work directly with local communities and preserve traditional craftsmanship. It's our way of creating meaningful experiences that are rooted in place, yet resonate far beyond it."
