In celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day, Seasonal Tastes at The Westin Jakarta presents a special Indonesian culinary journey, featuring a series of weekly guest chefs from Marriott Bonvoy hotels. Available every dinner time from 4 to 31 August 2025, these exclusive creations will be personally presented by the chefs on a live trolley, served to each guests dining table, as well as on the buffet spread.
The series of guest chefs is scheduled as follows:
Week 1: Chef Roy Sanjaya from The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali, presenting Ayam Betutu and Sate Lilit
Week 2: Chef Michael Leuwol, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, presenting: Bubur Sumsum, Klappertaart and Es Doger
Week 3: Chef Simon Siswono from TA'AKTANA, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Labuan Bajo, presenting Sate Padang and Soto Banjar
Week 4: Chef Toni Azhari, Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa, presenting Ayam Garang Asam and Tongseng Kambing
