As The Langham, Jakarta celebrates its fifth anniversary, the iconic luxury hotel unveils Savour the Art of Five, an elevated month-long programme of culinary collaborations, bespoke wellness experiences, and exclusive stay privileges taking place from 3 September to 1 October 2026.
More than an anniversary celebration, Savour the Art of Five is a tribute to five remarkable years of craftsmanship, service, and unforgettable experiences. Throughout the month, guests are invited to discover a curated collection of extraordinary moments, from internationally acclaimed chefs and award-winning bars to restorative wellness rituals and luxurious city escapes.
Set against the striking Jakarta skyline, each experience has been thoughtfully designed to embody The Langham’s signature philosophy of modern luxury, where exceptional hospitality, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences come together seamlessly.

Month of Extraordinary Culinary Collaborations
At the heart of Savour the Art of Five lies a carefully curated series of dining experiences, bringing together acclaimed chefs, award-winning bars, and distinctive culinary perspectives from around the world.
The celebration begins on 3 September 2026 at Artesian Bar Jakarta with ZEROSIPSGIVEN Vol. 6, featuring an exclusive guest shift by Penicillin Hong Kong, one of Asia’s most celebrated cocktail destinations ranked among #49 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026, and #71 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2023. For one night only, renowned bartenders Agung Prabowo, Laura Prabowo, and Nans will present Penicillin’s acclaimed cocktail creations, recognised globally for their innovative approach to sustainability and modern mixology.
On 9 and 10 September 2026, Tom’s by Tom Aikens welcomes Chef Matias from the acclaimed COPA, joining Executive Chef Diego for a vibrant six-course dining experience inspired by the bold flavours and convivial spirit of Latin America. Thoughtfully crafted dishes will be complemented by optional beverage pairings and signature creations from both chefs.
From 18 to 19 September 2026, Morimoto Jakarta presents an exclusive collaboration between Executive Chef Juntaro and acclaimed Italian Chef Marco Miglioli of Fog Restaurant. Combining Japanese precision with Italian artistry, the two-night experience showcases a specially curated omakase-style menu paired with sake, celebrating craftsmanship, creativity, and cultural exchange.
The journey continues at T’ang Court Jakarta on 25 and 26 September 2026, where guests will be among the first to experience new signature creations by Executive Chinese Chef Fang. Presented through elegant multi-course lunch and dinner menus, the experience highlights the refinement of Cantonese cuisine, complemented by curated wine pairings, traditional tea ceremonies, and live guzheng performances.
Concluding the anniversary programme from 29 September to 1 October 2026, ALICE by Tom Aikens welcomes Chef Mauri for a special Italian takeover. Inspired by the warmth and conviviality of Italian dining culture, guests can enjoy bespoke lunch and dinner menus alongside welcome aperitifs, signature cocktails, and thoughtfully curated beverage pairings.
