La Floriane Brunch Highlights of European Classics and Umami Twists

Branded as the La Floriane Brunch, European and Japanese Food, this culinary experience brings together a rich variety of dishes from around the world. Highlights from the menu include Crisp Porchetta, Salmon En Croute, Foie Gras Torchon and 48-Hour Wagyu Beef Short Ribs with marbling grade 7. Guests can also enjoy fresh Sandwiches, Pizza, Pasta, a Cheese Platter featuring six different cheeses, and a wide selection of Charcuterie and Cold Cuts. For fans of Japanese flavors, there will be Sushi, Sashimi, Ramen, and other Japanese Specialties.
