Rosso – Coastal Italian Creations 

At Rosso, Sapori di Mare brings the essence of Italy’s coastline to the table. Begin your journey  with yellow tail king fish tartare layered with watermelon gazpacho, peach jelly and caramelised  lemon, then enjoy handmade pasta such as cavatelli with octopus and saffron potato or  Prosecco risotto with red snapper tartare. The main courses continue to celebrate the sea with grilled tuna with burnt leek purée and raspberry sauce or a delicate swordfish fillet with fennel,  olives, lemon and cherry tomato. Prices begin from IDR 150,000++. 

JIA – Claypot 

At JIA, Comfort in a Pot rekindles tradition with heart-warming claypot specialities. Savour chicken with Chinese wine, vinegar and black soya sauce, pork belly with black fungus prepared  Hakka style, and claypot rice with preserved meat, alongside comforting combinations such as  sliced beef with bitter melon in black bean sauce and fish fillet with bean curd sticks and  eggplant. Dishes start from IDR 168,000++. 

Lobby Lounge – Afternoon Tea with Timeless Flavours  

Lobby Lounge offers a nostalgic interpretation of afternoon tea with Timeless Flavours, a  delicate collection inspired by Indonesia’s much-loved jajanan pasar. Savour sweet temptations  such as pandan crêpes with caramelised coconut, lapis legit and bika ambon, paired with  savoury delights including grilled sticky rice with spiced chicken, crispy bean curd filled with vegetables and golden fried cassava. SATOO – Halloween Buffet Celebration 

SATOO welcomes the season with a Halloween Buffet on Friday, 31 October 2025. Guests can  enjoy an abundant spread for lunch at IDR 398,000++ per person or dinner at IDR 458,000++ per  person, accompanied by a festive themed set-up and rewards for the most creative costumes.  

Nishimura – Scallop Treasures 

Nishimura, the hotel’s signature Japanese restaurant, introduces Scallop Treasures. Available  exclusively this October, the menu highlights tender, umami-rich Hokkaido scallops, crafted to  perfection for discerning tastes, with prices starting from IDR 210,000++. 

B.A.T.S. – New Band and Halloween Bash 

As the ultimate drinking and dining venue, B.A.T.S. brings the energy of New York’s underground  to the bustling city of Jakarta, echoing the vibrant nightlife of the Big Apple while serving hearty  Western favourites. This October, B.A.T.S. welcomes its new international resident band,  Soundmachine. Comprised of talented musicians from Latin America and the Philippines, the  band delivers dynamic performances across genres, from Top 40 hits and RnB to classic rock and  rock anthems, creating a lively atmosphere every evening. 

Adding to the excitement, B.A.T.S. will host its annual Halloween Party on Friday, 31 October  2025.
