
Seasonal Tastes at The Westin Jakarta presents ‘Flavors of Malaysia’, a weekly series of Malaysian guest chefs from Marriott Bonvoy properties across Malaysia. Available from 3 to 23 October 2025, guests may indulge in Malaysian flavors during dinnertime, where the chefs will be personally presenting their signature dishes on a live trolley, served to each guests dining table, as well as on the buffet spread.
The series of guest chefs is scheduled as follows:
Week 1: Chef Luqman Bin Rusman from The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, presenting Nasi Lemak Pandan, Assam Laksa, Mee Kari, Nasi Kerabu and many more.
Week 2: Chef Chang Seng Cheong from Penang Marriott Hotel, presenting Char Koay Teow, Penang Hokkien Char, Oyster Omelette and many more.
Week 3: Chef Mohd Hafiz Bin Md Salleh from The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi, presenting Laksa Kedah, Kambing Berasap, Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api and many more.
