“The Flavor Archive of Jakarta”

In celebration of Jakarta’s 499th Anniversary, Shastra All Day Dining, located on the 8th floor of Paviliun Raden Saleh, ARTOTEL Curated, presents “The Flavor Archive of Jakarta,” a special culinary program inviting guests to explore the rich flavors of Betawi cuisine through a dining experience inspired by tradition.

As a city shaped by diverse cultural encounters, Jakarta possesses a culinary heritage rich in stories and history. Through this special offering, Shastra All Day Dining celebrates that identity by presenting an interpretation of Betawi culinary traditions, bringing together a variety of iconic dishes to be enjoyed communally at one table.

Available throughout June 2026, the package is offered at IDR 499,000 per table for four guests, served in a Rijsttafel-style dining experience. The menu features a selection of Betawi specialties, including Asinan Jakarta, Gabus Pucung, Es Selendang Mayang, and various traditional accompaniments that showcase the authentic flavors of Indonesia’s capital city.

As part of the celebration, Shastra All Day Dining will also host an exclusive Brunch Session on 20–21 June 2026. Priced at IDR 149,900 net per person, this all-you-can-eat brunch presents a variety of dishes inspired by Jakarta’s diverse culinary heritage in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
